For many youth and families, asking for help can feel unfamiliar, uncomfortable, or even overwhelming. Life transitions, family stress, school challenges, and emotional struggles can leave people feeling unsupported or unsure of where to turn. My goal is to create a safe and supportive environment where individuals feel heard, valued, and empowered throughout their journey.

I have over 10 years of experience supporting youth and families through a variety of life challenges and transitions. I earned my Bachelor of Social Work from Central Connecticut State University and later received my Master of Social Work from Springfield College. Throughout my career, I have remained passionate about advocacy, emotional support, and helping clients build healthier and more stable lives.

I believe meaningful connection is one of the most important parts of the therapeutic process. I strive to meet every individual with empathy, compassion, and understanding while helping them navigate challenges in ways that feel manageable and empowering.

Reaching out for support is not always easy, but you do not have to navigate life’s challenges alone. I look forward to supporting you and your family every step of the way.
