My name is Latina D. Brame, and I am licensed mastered level social worker. I graduated from the University of Connecticut with a bachelor’s degree in Psychology. In 2021, I received my master’s degree in Social Work from Springfield College. I am passionate about empowering individuals and like to offer a safe space where their story can be shared without judgement. I come with much experience, having worked in the mental health field for 15 years! During my clinical career, I have provided case management services, community advocacy and intensive in-home clinical work for children and families, as well as adults in residential setting. 

My work focuses on helping clients build insight, emotional safety and heather relational patterns while honoring the resilience that carried them through difficult seasons. I love to integrate trauma informed and cognitive behavioral modalities with mindfulness, grounding techniques and strengths focused interventions. I specialize in Mood Disorders, Anxiety, Grief & Loss, Life Transitions, Attachment - Based, Relationships, and Sexual Abuse.
