"The past can hurt, but the way I see it, you can either run from it or learn from it." — Rafiki, The Lion King

If there's one thing I've learned, it's that life can be a rollercoaster—and despite what social media might have us believe, none of us have it all figured out (and that's okay). Therapy isn't about having all the answers or pretending everything is fine. It's about having a space where you can show up exactly as you are, unpack what's been weighing on you, and maybe even share a few laughs along the way.

I earned my Bachelor of Interdisciplinary Studies from Southern Connecticut State University and my Master of Social Work from Walden University. I enjoy working with children, adolescents, young adults, and adults navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship challenges, behavioral concerns, and substance use. My approach is warm, collaborative, and strengths-based because I believe every person deserves to feel seen, heard, and supported.

My goal during your sessions is to create a space where you feel safe enough to be yourself, explore what's on your mind, recognize the strengths you already have, and build new skills along the way. Whether you're bringing your biggest worries or just trying to make sense of life, we can figure it out together and celebrate your progress every step of the way.
